Flesh, 2020

Nylon stockings, cotton, plaster, paint
The crafted flesh was transferred to different sites searching for a place of belonging. Throughout the progress, the crafted body breaks downs due to repeated transport. Each time the pieces of flesh break down from their host, the artist attempts to mend them back to the original body with red paint, resulting in the appearance of wounds on the body overtime.
A discarded plastic bag and possibly a plastic pipe on a grassy roadside near dense green bushes.
A dead animal lying on the grass beside a bush, with some flesh visible and a face mask covering part of its body.
A tree-lined rural road with a grassy shoulder, featuring a large, fallen plush toy animal resting on the grass near the roadside.
A large, realistic pig sculpture lying on the driveway in front of a house, with the house and trees in the background.
A raw pig carcass lying on a concrete sidewalk with some sausages attached to its hind legs, shot during daytime with shadows cast on the ground.
Overgrown forest floor with moss-covered fallen branches, dense green ground cover, and an abandoned pink plastic object in the foreground.
